Most of us have already heard the bad news, that a young teenaged girl, the daughter of Rav Avi Elbaz, of Zichron Nosson Tzvi was hit by a tender, and is in critical condition. Her name is Adina bas Chana.
There are a couple of ways to help out and bring zechusim for this young girl.
If anyone would like to make meals for the Elbaz's, please call Esther Adler at 581-0843. There will be a gathering on Motzaei Shabbos, 15 Elul, 9:30pm at the Stark home, Ramat Hagolan 53, to say Tehillim for Adina bas Chana .
And lastly, there is a group of women who will take Challah for her z'chus. Here is the email explaining it all:

We are trying to put together a group of 40 women who will be baking Challah this week, and doing Hafrashas Challah as a Zechus for for a Refuah Sheleima to Adina Bas Chana (Elbaz). As we all know, the time of Mitzvas Hafrashas Challah is a tremendous Eis Ratzon for Tefillah, which can bring about tremendous Yeshuos. In addition, 40 women doing this Mitzva united with the same Kavana for a specific Yeshua on the same day, has a tremendous Koach. Therefore, if you are baking Challah this week anyways, or if you would like to bake Challah this week especially, please join us. This is all it takes, and in the Zechus of all our Tefillos at this special time, may we be zoche to see a Refuah Sheleima forAdina Bas Chana.
To be part of this group, all you need to do is as follows:
1) Email: nsheifrenchhill@gmail.com with the sentence: “I ,______________, will be doing Hafrashas Challah on Erev Shabbos.”
2) Do Hafrashas Challah on Erev Shabbos which means Thursday night or Friday.
3) After saying the Bracha of the Hafrasha, say this nusach:
יהי רצון מלפניד, ה אלקנו ואלקי אבותינו, שבזכות מצות חלה זו, תזכה עדינה
בת חנה לרפואה שלמה בתוך שאר חולי ישראל במהרה בימינו בקרוב אמן.
Yehi Ratzon Milfanecha Hashem Elokeinu V’elokei Avoseinu Shebizchus Mitzvas Hafrashas Challah Zu Tizke ADINA bas CHANA l’Refuah Sheleima besoch She’ar Cholei Yisroel Bimheira B’yameinu Bekarov Amein.
4) Say the following Pirkei Tehillim: כ, פג, קל, קמב
5) And of course, please daven for whatever you would daven for usually!!!!!!!
